had a villa with large bathrooms, and we loved it. all members of the staff were wonderful. the location was great, a super close walk to old town.

This hotel met the purpose, we 100% recommend to everyone. Had warm stay for 3 glorious nights and the weather was wonderful. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was yummy!

My daughter and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's lovely small hotel. I ate in the GOOD restaurant for a get-together dinner for 6 which was good priced. It was new-fashioned, unique. The location near the beach was excellent....

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The well-equipped and spotlessly clean room was a haven of comfort, with a comfy bed and large bathroom. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options including delicious Balinese cake and good espresso.

We were a group of five and had an amazing time. Hotel facilities were fantastic with a beautiful pool, lovely massage, and great food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed an incredible trip to different beaches and Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance through this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect since we were only a short distance from the beach and many restaurants.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The food and drinks were of exceptional quality, and I especially loved the Balinese cake provided during breakfast. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with a very nice welcome drink and comfy bed. The location, nestled in a quiet alley, was perfect for a peaceful escape. The large bathrooms were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were exceptional.

klumpu bali resort in sanur was a dream! the warm and friendly staff made us feel like family, and the resort was impeccably clean. the breakfasts were huge and delicious, and we loved the perfect air-conditioning and inviting pool. the location was quiet but still close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Shuttle service was confusing.

The location is convenient as it is near to shops but not noisy. , it is close to the beach. The room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and has a nice shower. The service is friendly and they offer free bikes to ride around. Breakfast is delicious, especially the paleo option. The swimming pool is serene and not crowded.

The spa is small and doesn't offer a wide range of services.

We spent our New Year at this hotel and we had a great time! the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the free bikes that allowed us to explore the surrounding area. the location was central and easy to find places to eat, and the staff was accommodating.

The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, especially on the upper floor where we had to rely on fans. the food we tried from the menu was not very flavorful.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also a shuttle to the airport and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The room was quite small and old-fashioned. The location was also a bit of a hassle to get to.
